We collect your name, email, date of birth, phone number, address, payment details and device information when you sign up and play. We use this data to verify your identity, process transactions, detect fraud and communicate about your account. Your information is encrypted and stored securely.

Log into your account, go to Settings, then Account & Legal. You'll see your registered name, email, phone, address and linked payment methods. To request a full data export, email our support team with your account number and we'll send it within 5 business days.

You can close your account anytime through Settings. Closed accounts stop accepting new deposits or play. We retain your data for the period required by law and for dispute resolution, then delete it securely where local law permits.

Before we process a withdrawal, we verify that the amount doesn't exceed your account balance, that your payment method matches your registered details, and that your identity matches our records. This can take 24–48 hours depending on your bank.

Contact our support team with your account number, the date of the transaction and your concern. We investigate within 5 business days and either confirm the transaction, reverse it or explain what happened. You can also escalate to your payment provider if needed.

We share data only with payment processors (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS operators) to process your deposits and withdrawals, and with fraud-detection services to protect your account. We do not sell your data to marketers or unrelated third parties.
